Whisper Walks Dubrovnik
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once full payment is received or written confirmation is provided (if payment on arrival is agreed).
All prices are listed in EUR and include guiding services as described on each individual tour page.
For the Lopud Walk, the ferry ticket is included unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are accepted up to 12 hours before the walk, subject to availability. Same-day bookings may be possible upon request.
2. Minimum Participants
Each walk operates as a small-group public experience (2–7 participants).
Bookings are accepted for a minimum of two participants.
Single-person bookings are not available through automatic reservation. However, a one-person reservation may be considered upon request and subject to a 50% price supplement.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the walk will not operate and a full refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation & Changes
Guest cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled walk.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the walk are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Changes by guest
Date changes are possible up to 24 hours before the walk, subject to availability. Requests must be made in writing (email or message).
Cancellation by Whisper Walks
Whisper Walks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a walk due to:
unsafe weather conditions (including strong wind, heavy rain, extreme heat)
ferry cancellation (Lokrum Ealk and Lopud Walk)
unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control
Guests will be informed as early as possible and offered either a reschedule or a full refund.
Minimum participants
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, guests will be notified in advance and offered:
an alternative date
a private option (price adjustment may apply)
or a full refund
4. Safety & Personal Responsibility
Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical condition before booking.
All walks include natural terrain, uneven surfaces, stone steps, and moderate inclines. Appropriate footwear is required.
Guests participate at their own responsibility.
Whisper Walks is not liable for injuries resulting from:
slips, falls, or loss of balance on natural terrain,unsuitable footwear
personal medical conditions
failure to follow guide instructions
risky behaviour (including climbing, running, or unsafe photo-taking)
Participation implies acceptance of the inherent risks associated with outdoor walking activities.
5. Seasonal & Ferry Availability (Lokrum walk and Lopud Walk)
The Lopud Walk includes a ferry transfer from Dubrovnik.
Ferry schedules vary seasonally and may be suspended during parts of December, January, and February.
Availability of the walk depends on the official ferry timetable.
6. Liability
Whisper Walks Dubrovnik operates as an independent guiding service.
Whisper Walks is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, nor for delays caused by third-party providers (including ferry operators).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
